We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience.
Please report the bug to us with detailed information about the bug, as well as your game/application version.

- Hexagon Defense
Do not make fradulent(fake) reports.
Continuous fraudulent cheater reports may lead to your account suspension or legal action.
We impose an account restriction on users who have used unauthorized software for their advantage.
If the game has an in-game report menu, please use that menu to do so.
(Games that support this: None)
For the other games that do not have a in-game report menu, please submit a ticket,
including the username, the service, and other necessary evidence.
Do not attempt to illegally manipulate your save data.
Even for games that store data locally, we can still monitor and suspend your account/device.
Some games store your save data on our servers. In that case, you do not need to take any action.
Your save data will be automatically saved, and when you log in back, it will be loaded.

Other games store your save data locally on your device.
In that case, you need to manually upload and download your save file.
You should be able to find the menu in the in-game settings.

Nether Yoshi Studios prioritizes Fair and Safe Use and tries our best to make our services fair and safe.
We have a zero-tolerance policies for any usage of illegal softwares and services.
"Illegal softwares and services" may include but not limited to,
those that automate the game features, those that manipulate game data, those that abuse the known bugs, etc.
If we find you of using "illegal softwares and services",
we will permanently suspend your account and/or your device from using any of our services.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Some third party sellers may offer products of our services at a lower price than the official price.
Some may ask you details of your account (e.g. password) to process the purchase.
Do not buy anything from them.
The reason why they are able to offer such a low price is because
they use illegally stolen credit cards or other illegal purchase methods to make a fraudulent purchase on our services.
This can jeopardize your account security and may hold you legally accountable for the fradulence.
We are not responsible for any of the unfortunate things that happen to you for using third party sellers.
Furthermore, we may suspend your account and/or devices for violating our terms and services.
Actions such as selling and purchasing accounts is against our terms and conditions.
Your account can only be used by you.
We are not responsible for the security of your account, and we may permanently suspend the account without notice.
We also do not provide any customer support to accounts that have been traded.
Please
let us know if you notice any acts of account trading.
If you found any suspected violation of our Fair and Safe Use Policies
(e.g. cheating, illegal software, account trading), please
report it to us!
We will look into it and take care of the issue carefully.

If you believe that your account/device got suspended by mistake,
please
submit a support ticket with evidence that you have not violated any of our terms and conditions.
Refund abuse may lead to account suspension and legal actions.
When a purchase is refunded, its products will be withdrawn from your account.
Purchases done within our services are typically not eligible for a refund, unless required by law.
If you have inquiries for a refund, please submit a support ticket.
Sorry, but we cannot refund you for purchases done with in-game currencies.
First, please check with your children if they had made any purchases without your authorization.
To prevent this, please set up a password or disable in-app purchases.
If that wasn't the case, please contact the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS) for assistance.
If you have gotten a response from them to contact us, please submit a support ticket.
This may happen when you have abused the refund system.
While your in-game currency count is negative, you are restricted from using some features of the service.
You can lift this restriction by purchasing enough currency to make it back positive.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
First, please check your internet connection, and reboot your device and re-launch the game.
If that didn't help, please send us a support ticket so that we can look into the problem, and issue a refund if necessary.
Like most downloadable content, refund is typically not possible.
Many of our services also forbid children purchases without parental authorization,
and it may be that your child made a false claim as an adult or a child with parental permission.
However, there may be exceptions to this.
Please send us a support ticket for further assistance.
Please include the service name and your Order ID or other necessary information.
Please set up a password in your account to prevent your child from making an accidental purchase.
If you are using an Android device, you can set up to require a password for all in-app purchases.
You can do so in the Google Play Store app > Settings.
If you are using an iOS device, you can disable all in-app purchases in System Preferences > Screen Time.
